When Ken and Mary Lee Barklage started Midwestern Safety in 1955, they decided to concentrate on 3 main business characteristics to establish a strong and long-lasting company. While the blueprint for success wasn’t complex, it has proven to be very effective. More than 60 years later, Midwestern Safety is still focused on those 3 pillars:
