Lockout/Tagout Safety Tags

Comply with tagout requirements of the OSHA Lockout/Tagout standard. Prevent the accidental or unexpected start up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. In addition to the locking out, tags are required to mark and identify the lockout situation. Choose from a variety of messages, materials and styles for your specific needs. Available in three materials: PF-Cardstock, a pliable, 10-mil plastic cardstock; RP-Plastic, a tear-resistant and weatherproof 15-mil plastic; or HS-Laminate, a tear-proof, weatherproof, chemical-resistant tag that is hard-sealed by thick laminate on both sides.



WARNINGWARNING: RP-Plastic and HS-Laminate tags can expose you to chemicals which are known to the state of California to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm and/or cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
